Aperto Property Management, Inc. is a growing Multifamily Property Management Company. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to assist Executive Management and join our corporate team in Irvine, CA.
In addition to the qualifications below, a qualified candidate will have administrative assistance, Yardi - Voyager, and Affordable Property Managment experience, excellent time management skills, be a self-starter, team player, goal crusher and most importantly a positive can-do attitude!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the Executive Management team.
- Collects data and creates reports.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports properties and on-site teams by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Conduct data entry.
- Assist in the coordination of company and holiday events, corporate gift ordering and logistics.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 5 years of administrative experience
- Assist with filling On-site positions
- 3 years of Property Management experience or multisite experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient with Yardi Software
- Affordable Housing Programs - Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Project Based Section 8
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
