We are seeking a well-organized and extremely motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is an interesting, challenging and rewarding position that will provide a variety of experience in the fascinating discipline of Police and Public Safety Psychology. The qualified individual will have experience with office tasks and will be responsible for managing aspects of a fast-paced and growing office.

Administrative Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the Executive Director, contractor psychologists and staff; coordinating and executing projects; preparing spreadsheets and reports; reporting results to organizations on behalf of the agency; maintaining license and insurance requirements for the business and its staff; maintaining organization of company files (electronic); filing of annual registrations and other required business contracts; answering multi-line phones; providing admin support to sister companies as needed; communicating with client agencies; scheduling video conference calls and clients appointments; and providing document proofing with keen attention to detail.

Accounting Responsibilities: Receiving payments and invoicing clients/client agencies; maintaining bookkeeping for the practice through use of Quickbooks; generating statements for clients; invoicing client agencies; providing monthly financial reports to the Executive Director.

Requirements: Looking for a self-starting individual who is extremely detail oriented with superb verbal and written communication, problem solving skills, careful attention to detail, a positive attitude, strong multi-tasking skills and an ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Must have prior experience with Microsoft Office and be proficient in Quickbooks.

Compensation and benefits: Competitive hourly pay. Part-time position would involve 20 hours per week, with potential to work additional hours as needed.
