Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Full Time (40 hours per week)
We are looking for an administrative assistant to add to our team! This position will be full time and in office.
You will be working closely with the Training Department, warehouse and marketing departments. You will learn all aspects and functions of the company so that you may assist with anything that is needed. In addition, there is opportunity for growth within the company and to another department if desired in the future.
Primary Duties:
- Covering phones and answering emails as needed
- Mailchimp - sending out email campaigns to students
- Survey Monkey - monitoring survey responses from students
- Certificates - creating student certificates
- Making student kits to mail for class
- Ship kits/product for regular classes and group trainings
- Stock kit station - prep work
- Update Canva Map and Training Locations as needed
- Ship trainer annual supplies
- Server organization - make sure in correct location on server
- Adding to list of incomplete students
- Prep work for warehouse orders
- General admin duties as needed around the office - all departments
- Upload CRM leads to Zoho
- Contacting customer support for programs used by the company to solve various problems
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies
- Going through under review accounts on website, checking licenses and re-activating
Required Skills:
- Excellent with technology and computer systems
- Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets required - Woocommerce, JIRA, Trello, Slack and Canva a plus!
- Exceptional organizational skills

- Proficient record keeping
