Description:Responsible for the successful capture and execution of an ADWS production ramp, increasing production by over 70%. Lead the development of a capture strategy, including gaining external customer and internal stakeholder buy-in and leading proposal efforts and negotiations within EPP authority. Facilitate the development of robust capacity and production span time models, utilizing Digital Transformation tools where applicable, to be used for proposal and execution planning. Manage across multi-functional and multi-site teams, including Dallas, Ocala, Orlando, and Troy. Identify barriers and risks to increased production rates and develop and execute plans around corresponding opportunities or risk mitigations. Includes leading the strategy for increased production rates throughout the supply chain with a plan to incorporate affordability and drive producibility to support higher rates. Coordinate with ADWS program leads and managers to ensure seamless integration of future configurations, second sources, and increased capabilities. Manage execution of any pre-contract funded facilitization scope as well as ensuring capital is in place and/or funded, both internal and within the supply chain, to support the production ramp.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Candidates must possess an Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance with investigation within the last 6 years
  • Leadership of cross-functional team with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance
  • Leadership experience with production rate increase (proposal & execution) on Engineering Manufacturing Development (EMD) programs or Production Programs
  • Experience with assessing and defending production capacity requirements
  • Experience in risk identification and management
  • Experience as a Proposal Manager (proposal prep, EPP, negotiations)
  • Demonstrated performance working with LMC and supplier production teams
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated learning agility
  • Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written), demonstrated executive presence
  • Experience establishing strong customer relationships
  • Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
Desired Skills:
  • Experience leading leaders and developing talent (i.e. IPT leads)
  • Experience with missile systems & sub-systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 6 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
