ABOUT OUR COMPANY*
The Laborers Funds Administrative Office of Northern California, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1963 which provides administrative services under contractual arrangements for the Northern California Laborers Trust Funds.

We are looking for an Annuity Analyst to join our team and provide administrative and customer service support to our members.

The position performs various tasks involved in the processing of benefits.
Applicants must have two years prior experience working in an employee benefits environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to, answering customer Pension, Annuity, or Vacation inquiries, processing retirement claims, analysis of retirement or vacation files, and preparation of statistical or retirement reports. The Pension Manager may also assign additional duties as appropriate.

1. The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
2. Good organizational skills
3. Excellent mathematical skills
4. Proficient in the use of WORD and EXCEL
5. Excellent word and data entry skills
6. Analytical and detail-oriented
7. Bilingual (Spanish)

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT*

• 120‐day Probationary Period
• Microsoft Office Suite Testing is required
• Work under Collective Bargaining Agreement
• This is a union job with union dues (http://www.opeiu29.org/)
• Must be fully vaccinated

Employee and dependents receive medical, dental and vision coverage paid by the company. Company contributes to employee’s Pension plan; Employees may elect participation on 401K plan. Company offers sick, and vacation time under collective bargaining agreement and 8 major holidays.
