About the position: Tier one automotive supplier in the Bessemer/ McCalla, AL area seeking experienced Assembly employees and Forklift operators. In these roles, candidates will be responsible for detailed assembly of automotive parts. These are full time opportunities on 1st and 2nd shift. Starting pay rate of $15.00/ hour.
Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed work orders to assemble parts.
- Visual quality inspection of material and assembled parts.
- Perform all assembly related tasks according to directions and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily production goals with attention to detail.
- Ensure equipment and work stations are cleaned daily.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of consistent warehouse assembly experience.
- Ability to work entire shift and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a focus on quality.
