JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assemble connectors onto coaxial cable using latest equipment.
• Follow standard production processes.
• Inspect work-in-process and ensure proper quality
• Complete product and material changeovers
• Continually improve skills, job processes and work environment
• Perform job duties to meet quality and on-time delivery goals.
• Contribute to team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures.

JOB SKILLS

• Experience in a made-to-order (custom) manufacturing environment helpful. Restaurant/ Food Service skills a plus.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, reliable
• Quality minded, always seeking improvement
• Good dexterity with small parts
• Understand drawings, and schematics
• Measure with caliper, micrometer, ruler, tape measure
• Eager to cross-train and contribute in various processes.
• Work well with others, respectful.
• Accept responsibility, receptive to feedback, strong desire to learn.
• Flexible in a constantly changing environment
• Diligent to complete jobs to meet customer requirements
• Team player with good communication skills and high ethical standards

*Due to work with Defense contracts, US citizenship is required. Naturalized citizens are welcome.

Pay: $18.00+ (based on experience)
