Assistant Property Manager-Romulus Tower

Romulus Tower located in Romulus, MI is a senior apartment community with a team of property management professionals that are unmatched in the area!

We are seeking Assistant Property Managers who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Qualified candidates for this position:

• Ensures that the property operates within HUD and LIHTC rules.
• Maintains occupancy levels and good owner and resident relations.
• Ensures that vendors are paid timely and accurately.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with residents, co-workers, community leaders, owners, management, vendors, and service providers.
