Job description

An established practice that did over $2.6M last year in revenue (only 30% of that hygiene) is seeking an Associate to join the practice asap.

6 operatories and can easily support 2 full-time dentists. Doctors work separate schedules and traditionally are only in the office at the same time one day per week.

All equipment is right-hand oriented.

This is a high-end practice with lots of All-on-X placements, Endo, and cosmetics.

State of the Art surgical equipment.

3 EFDAs

2 FTE Hygienists

Outstanding location.

Candidates Must Have:

Strong work ethic.

Demonstrated longevity in prior roles where applicable.

An Advanced Dentistry skillset.

Be very marketable and great with patients.

Be autonomous in your day-to-day.

At least 2 years of experience practicing post-training

Must already have a PA license in good standing

Clean background with respect to personal and professional history

Must have DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. program.

Unable to sponsor visas of any kind.
