We are looking for someone to take on the role of Customer Service Representative, who’s naturally goal-oriented, driven, energetic, who’s ambitious with leadership qualities, entrepreneurial drive, and passion to compete in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Customer friendly and can answer customer’s inquiry in an efficient manner.

• Provide good customer service with aid of knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems.

• Build sustainable professional relationship and trust with existing customers and business owners through an open and interactive communication.

• Take extra mileage to engage and assist customers.

• Educate clients about the latest promotional deals.

• A passion for working with people and offering empathetic support with a positive attitude.
