Baby Care R&D - Ph.D.

Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application. Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to gain exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work.

We are looking for someone with a Ph.D. degree in a STEM field, e.g, material science, polymer chemistry, life sciences, engineering, physics, with the following:

• Passionate about the hands-on experiment work and demonstrated track record of leading innovation
• Strong ownership & self-leadership skills to understand the technical problem to be solved, collaborate with the project team for test method development and technology development
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a multi-functional organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals
• A basic understanding of data science/statistics

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to code in main languages (Python, R, Matlab)
• Experience in computational modeling and data analysis
• Experience in more than one STEM field
• Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio

Just So You Know:

Pay Range: $128-$140K
