Primary Responsibilities

• Ability to greet and serve all guests in a professional, engaging and energetic manner
• Learn and possess a proficient knowledge of hotel food and cocktail menus
• Build professional relationships with all guests
• Make suggestions for order choices
• Learn and execute all food, alcohol and safety policies and laws.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested

• Guest service experience preferred

• Professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 25 lbs.
