Job Description
The Children’s Recovery Center is expanding! We will be adding an Urgent Recovery Center just for children aged 12 to 17. We are adding several new positions to the facility to support the expansion, such as behavioral health case managers and family support providers. Apply to join a team that CARES!

About the Position: The Behavioral Health Case Manager I will serve as a leader for the direct care staff working in our brand-new Children's Urgent Recovery Center. This position will assist provide de-escalation techniques, skills, case management, referral, support and consultation and advocacy with existing supports and services for youth experience a mental health or substance use crisis.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed 60 college credit hours; or High school diploma and 36 total months of experience working with persons who have a mental illness.
Special Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

About the facility: Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for young people ages 13 through 17. CRC provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma related conditions.
Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-placement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
