JOB SUMMARY:

MOTORWORKS is looking for a bright, motivated, and energetic Auto Body Estimator to join our world-class team. MOTORWORKS offers complete auto body repair services. Estimator inspects auto body accident-related damage and use the CCC ONE estimating software program to write cost estimates for parts and labor needed to repair / restore to pre-loss condition, communicate with the insurance company, and more. We work as a team, and our team is committed to taking care of our customers’ auto repairs through quality workmanship, superior service, and dedication to detail in everything we do. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect auto body accident-related damage and use the CCC ONE estimating software
• Accurately produce cost estimates projecting time, labor, and parts repair or replacement.
• Follow job through the entire repair process, keep customers informed, and quality control the vehicle for final delivery. Inspect, analyze, and evaluate vehicles with precise attention to detail to determine body, structural, mechanical, and interior damage.
• Effectively communicate with insurance companies and suppliers to establish an effective and quality repair plan.
• Coordinate scheduling of repairs and timely completion of each job -while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Effectively manage multiple vehicle repairs simultaneously.
• Perform quality checks and final paperwork on each repair assignment.
• Comply with all MOTORWORKS safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Pleasant, energetic, dependable, conscientious, self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug test· Perform other related duties as needed.
