Bookkeeper
Our office is experiencing a large amount of growth. We are looking to add a full time bookkeeper to our team. We are a fast paced office with a fun atmosphere. This position requires someone with energy, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills, as well as the time to do what it takes to get the job done.

This position is fully remote and requires applicant to have their own computer and home office setup.

· Associates degree in Accounting/Finance with 3 or more years experience is preferred

or

· 5 or more years of past work experience in an accounting or finance position

· Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback

· Highly proficient with Quickbooks and Excel

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable Transactions
• GL Account Analysis & Reconciliation
• Monthly Bank and credit card Reconciliations
• Wire transfers, multiple currency, multiple banks
• Intercompany transactions
• Ability to organize and adjust priorities according to work needs and deadlines
• Advanced Excel Knowledge a plus
• Employee Expense Reports / Reconcile Credit Card Charges
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Other projects as assigned by Accounting Manager
