Who YOU Are:
You will provide as needed support to the field sales team and take ownership over the contract renewal and retention process. You will become the point of reference for Operations and Sales alike, by, communicating all contractual changes with current clients, assessing contract status, and ensuring completion of renewals and maintaining other information as assigned. You are responsible for improving and sustaining processes that allows for accurate, expedient, and timely service for our Regional Sales Directors while supporting and performing administrative duties related to the operational affairs of Trash Butler as requested. Including, preparing contracts, and maintaining the existing contract templates.
You will oversee the Sales Support Team to ensure sale team administrative duties are carried out successfully while advancing team goals. Your goal will be to facilitate the team’s sales activities to maximize their performance and the long-lasting development of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drafting contracts and contract templates
- Monitor contracts and expiration dates, execute addendums and renewals as needed
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to inquiries from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Execute DocuSign processes and follow up
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and advise VP on improvements
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Consult with legal counsel when necessary and be the liaison between legal and upper management
- Document all metrics, pipelines, forecasting and team goals and report on these weekly/monthly/quarterly
- Track sales related inquiries, trends, sales process, and performance
- Administer marketing materials and reports related to sales objectives
- Maintain data/storage for all files and contracts
- Oversight of Sales Support Team, including Interns as added
- Coaching and Performance Management of Sales Administration Team
- Conduct Bi-Weekly One-on-One’s with Direct Reports

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in sales support; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role
- Strong computer skills (MS Office- Word, Excel)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Minimum 3 years office experience (or educational equivalent), preferably with a background in the sales support field
- Multi-family industry experience/knowledge preferred
- BS/BA in Business Administration
- CRM experience preferred

Compensation: $65K plus Bonus
