You will report to the Manager, Business Analytics, and can be located in New Mexico, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, or Kansas. This position will be eligible for remote work with some travel or office meetings as needed. You will participate in business intelligence projects by gathering user/business requirements, working with data engineers to coordinate the creation of data models, tracking and resolving user issues, performing testing, and creating Power BI reports. You will have 2+ years of experience in gathering requirements, working with technical teams, and experience with PowerBi.
What You Will Do
Participates in business intelligence projects by gathering user/business requirements, working with data engineers to coordinate creation of data models, track and resolve user issues, perform testing, and create Power BI reports.
Leads efforts to define, document, and maintain system specifications including business processes, functional requirements, and functional designs.
Perform all aspects of work related to documenting our needs, system documentation, tracking and resolving user issues, testing, and training for systems applicable to department supported.
Lead efforts to establish, document, and maintain system specifications including our processes, requirements, and functional designs.
Troubleshoot moderate to complex production support tickets and end-user questions that may require collaboration with multiple business or technical teams to identify causes and appropriate solutions.
Invest time with business to develop an intermediate level of knowledge of the business unit(s) supported.
Lead small to medium reviews of business requests for IT projects/services and collaborate with business requestor to create business case document that articulates the scope and value of the request.
Maintain end-user training materials, job aides and support training delivery. Provide simple training instruction to end-users.
Design testing procedures to measure efficiency of processes.
Document and build moderate to complex software test cases. Help with the planning software testing.
Introduce enhancements and procedure changes for supported systems (as specified by position).
Create simple to moderately-complex data queries and reports to provide data analysis tools to system users and partners.
Perform business analysis tasks as a member of a project team.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

What You Will Need
Preferred Bachelor's Degree accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, MIS, other related field, or equivalent combination of formal education and job related experience
2+ years of experience in requirements gathering or technical documentation.
2+ years of experience working with spreadsheets, data visualization or other data analysis tools(Power BI preferred).
2+ years of experience operating in an Agile environment utilizing scrum methodology.
Enjoys storytelling with data and looking for insights.
Ability to adjust communication style and content to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
Can remain calm and productive when faced with ambiguity.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal direction.
Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.
Relocation is not being provided for this position.
Experience using desktop applications such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Power BI.
Demonstrated ability to configure applicable systems software.

Mobility to travel in and around office facilities system wide.

Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
