Call Center / Customer Service / Data Entry

Customer Service and Data Entry Representative

START ASAP - $19.00 per hour

As Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Provide a combination of Clerical, Reception and Customer Service coordination and support
• Answer the main phone
• Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
• Additionally, provide overflow support for customer service calls
• Answer customer questions and address inquiries
• Assist new customers with setting up their accounts
• Create price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Make updates to existing customer account information
• Arrange and track shipments
• Learn to lookup parts information as necessary
• Perform document review, document control and document processing activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 2 years of Customer Service, Customer Support or Call Center experience
• Data Entry, Order Entry and/or Order Processing experience

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

This is a contract assignment with a STRONG POSSIBILITY of converting to a full time, direct-hire job in approximately 3 months.

Partial benefits will be available from JobGiraffe throughout the duration of your contract assignment.
