POSITION SUMMARY

Supervises the day-to-day operations of the SRHC Physician Exchange and Contact Center operations. Coaches Contact Center staff solves routine problems independently. Responsible for training of Contact Center Associates. Keeps required documentation up to date. Schedules personnel to staff Contact Center. Functions as Enterprise Contract Center Software administrator to monitor and ensure continuous Contact Center operation. Maintains SRHC's standards in customer service and conduct. Possesses excellent verbal and written skills.

Associates degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

5 years previous experience in Contact Center environment
