Call Center Support Team Member

Novick Corporation is a food distribution company that specializes in servicing foodservice clients in childcare centers and educational settings. Members of the team are USDA and CACFP specialists, and work with our childcare partners to provide healthier snack and meal options. Our ancillary services allow us to partner with our clients to help fulfill each individual program’s goals for the health of their children. Services include menu planning with our nutritionists, nutritional trainings, portioning and serving guidelines, Serve Safe, inventory and cost control assistance, access to healthier child-friendly product and recipes, and more.

Responsibilities Include:
- Order entry from faxes, emails, calls, uploads and includes same-day deliveries
- Assisting with management of various accounts and utilization of Novick software and Salesforce CRM in tandem with various onboarding and maintenance techniques/processes
- Running and analyzing of various reports (short, order comparison, etc.)
- Requesting of NODDRs and Pick-ups and follow up to meet client request
- Using Road Net to track delivery drivers
- Identifying and preventing small orders
- Forwarding prospective client inquires to Client Services Supervisor for vetting
- Assisting clients and navigating E-Foods for order placement
- Responding to all client emails and calls in a timely fashion, working to assist clients with any issues
- Communicating with drivers when issues arise with deliveries (missing product, late trucks), and with managers and connections team to keep them in the loop on issues.
- Assisting with resolution of Product Complaints by gathering all needed information and photos from client to determine whether this is a true product complaint and working to resolve complaint and/or reeducate our client
Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma, Microsoft office, telephone and have previously worked in an office setting
Preferred Applicable and verifiable experience in childcare; preferably in the food industry
