Griswold Home Care, hiring immediately, is actively recruiting full time and part time Caregivers for Live in and Hourly caregivers including Homemakers-Home Health Aides (HHA)-Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Companions for assignment in the Metrowest_Boston area, including Brookline, Newton, Needham, Belmont, Concord, Lexington, Natick, Framingham, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley, Weston, Dedham, Norwood, Westwood and surrounding town as well in Worcester and Worcester County.
We are looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable professionals to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their own homes, providing assistance in daily living, personal care and companion services. With your experience and knowledge, you will have a chance to make a positive impact on peoples' lives whether they live at home, in an independent living or assisted living facility.
Griswold Home Care is an established provider of home care services, since 1992. We offer Live-In and hourly - full time and part time flexible schedules as well as top wages, respectful work environment and paid sick time to our employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide the most compassionate care
- Provide care services in client residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with simple prescribed medications
- Assist with clients personal care activities, including bathing, dressing and toileting.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and independent support
- Accompany to appointments
- Some client transportation may be necessary
Skills
- Proven working experience as home health aide, home care worker and/or companion
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Caring and compassionate personality.
- Valid driver’s license - preferred
