About us

We are a well established, therapist owned pediatric outpatient clinic who serves children with a variety of diagnoses from birth to age 21. We are located in Piedmont North Carolina with clinics in Bermuda Run and Kernersville. Currently, we are looking for a full time occupational therapy assistant for our Kernersville clinic. At We Achieve Pediatric Therapy, we strive for quality therapy instead of treatment and production quotas. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant with We Achieve Pediatric Therapy, you will be responsible for assisting patients in a program of therapy that helps them restore or improve skills that are important in daily life. You will also be responsible for working with patients to ensure that they meet their goals and objectives, and you must have a commitment to educating and assisting patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Treat patients from birth to 21 years of age

Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding treatment and home exercise programs

Occasionally be required to lift 50 pounds or more

Qualifications:

Licensed NC Occupational Therapy License

Previous pediatric experience preferred, a love of children is a must

Excellent verbal and written communication

Company reduces therapist workload by providing billing, authorizations, insurance credentialing support, and marketing.
