A reputable medical center in Houston, Texas is actively seeking an experienced PM Charge Nurse Obstetrics to join their Women's Services Team!

Joining a group of tenured, certified RNs, the Night Shift Charge RN Obstetrics will be responsible for the antepartum and high-risk postpartum inpatient unit. The Charge Nurse Obstetrics PM will report directly to the OB Nurse Manager, and will collaborate with other hospital leadership to effectively lead and manage this fast-paced unit. The Charge Nurse Obstetrics will also resume responsibility for unit team-building, development and implementation of unit growth initiatives, in addition to assisting the Nurse Manager with budgetary management.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN); Master’s Degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of previous Women's Services clinical experience.
• Specialty certifications highly preferred.
