Part-Time Cleaner | Mon-Sat ~10 Hours / Week

Premier Facility Management is seeking cleaning professionals with prior experience in commercial cleaning & demonstrated attention to detail to carry out evening / late-night cleaning and detailing duties on a multi-site route in Oak Harbor, WA. Individuals in this position will ensure the building, grounds, and equipment are kept in a clean, orderly, and functional condition per contract and company specifications, while adhering to all rules and instructions as established.

• Current, or ability to obtain Base Access required.
• Prior professional cleaning experience required.
• Reliable personal transportation required. (Rideshare, Bus, Uber, etc. are not qualifying forms of transportation for this position)

Hourly, non-exempt.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (~10 hours / week, 6 days per week)

Wage: $17

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, cleaning windows and mirrored surfaces, polish stainless steel & surfaces, etc.)
• Sanitize and disinfection of surfaces and furniture.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Cooperation and compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies. Including all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Follow written and/or verbal instructions regarding the use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Perform any other cleaning and custodial duties as directed. Or any other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a cleaner.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Punctual & dependable attendance.
• Able to communicate with management in a timely manner, reporting issues, requesting supplies, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or less on a frequent basis.
• Ability to understand and adhere to Company policies in all areas.
• Personal cell phone with internet access preferred.
• Use of work related apps for clocking in/out.
