JOB SUMMARY
Maintenance of the daily operations and general management of the practices. Allocating and assigning duties to employees, monitoring activities and operations of the Practice components. If position is filled by a licensed person, such as a LPN or a Medical Assistant, that licensed candidate will also have to keep current that license.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Associates or Bachelor's with Health Care emphasis preferred
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
If position is filled by a licensed person, such as a LPN, a Medical Assistant, Radiology Tech, etc, that licensed candidate will also have to keep current that license.
