Summary:

Under supervision, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides basic nursing and aides residents with daily living activities.

In addition to the essential functions outlined herein the position is considered to be a direct resident care role and therefore the incumbent shall meet and fulfill all applicable requirements as outlined in California Code of Regulation Title 22: Social Security, Division 5: Health Facilities, as well as the Health and Safety Code for the State of California.

Qualifications:

** High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

** Valid certification as a CNA in the state of California is required.

** Six months of experience in a long term care environment is preferred. New grads are welcome.
