**Immediate Hire**

*Position is a remote, 3-6 month contract to hire opportunity

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our team of Collection Agents. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively, enforce company policies and follow detailed guidelines when performing tasks related to debt collection. A successful candidate will have experience in collections and be comfortable interacting with a broad range of people. They will also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow protocol.
• Be polite when dealing with customers.
• Know when to ask for a supervisor's help.
• Deal with high-pressure people.
• Be persistent without being pushy.
• Know the facts and laws of creditors' rights.
• Keep personal feelings out of the job.

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience in Collections
• **Must have NetSuite experience**
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in both inbound/outbound customer service

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
