Construction Worker
Specialty Coatings is looking to add a few more great individuals to our growing staff. We are a commercial construction contractor that is included on some of the largest projects in the state. We also handle smaller projects as well as some residential jobs. We stay rather busy year round with very little to no down time if any. No experience necessary, we provide on the job training to any individual with the desire to work. The only requirement of every applicant is that they are "looking to work". We pay $19.00 an hour to start with no experience. previous experience can reflect better pay. We offer health, 401K matching & paid vacation. There is always room for growth within our organization for individuals that are looking to do so. Our current "long term" staff keeps it a fun & safe place to work while handling new challenges daily. We handle a wide range of construction requirements. We install thermal barriers to meet code. No previous experience required, can train any individual that has the desire to work. We provide all PPE (safety gear) required along with all the training for proper use. Drivers license is not required for all positions, although an applicant that does posse a valid Drivers license & can fill a driving position as a lead individual does stand to make better pay. Previous experience can reflect better pay as well.

We offer $20.00 an hour with no experience. 401K w/match, Health, & paid vacation.
