The Consumer and Business Account Specialist is responsible for servicing customers in a retail environment, providing outstanding customer advocacy, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals and helping customers find their best value from US Cellulars portfolio of products and services.

Community Cellular is an Independent Agent for US Cellular looking for an aspiring Leader to train in our Bucksport Office.

The Consumer and Business Account Specialist will act as an advocate for our community members to build strong customer relationships, servicing their accounts in a retail environment, meeting or exceeding sales goals and creating value for customers among US Cellulars full portfolio of products and services.

The ideal candidate has a cooperative approach with our customers and support staff. Their mindset is to build a rapport with the community members, help them discover the best products and services for them, and be available for their questions with helpful resolutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
