JOB SUMMARY
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and strategically managing various external content projects in support of Jabil’s business needs. This position will handle multiple projects simultaneously. Position works closely with various subject matter experts across the organization and all members of Jabil’s Marketing and Communications team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales and marketing teams, to produce engaging and high-quality content that attracts and retains customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research to identify the target audience and understand their needs, preferences, and behavior.
- Develop and manage enterprise content in support of Jabil’s key audiences, including employees, customer, shareholders, analysts, suppliers and partners.
- Interface regularly with key executives and employees company-wide and forge relationships in an effort to support external communications and marketing efforts.
- Produce high-quality and engaging content that is optimized for search engines and social media platforms, including blog articles, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, videos, podcasts, and more.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and brand-consistent content that effectively communicates the message to the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and apply them to improve the effectiveness of the company's campaigns.
- Collaborate with external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and influencers, to enhance the content marketing efforts.
- Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a content marketing manager or a similar role in B2B or B2C industries.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/programs, to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The pay range for this role is $97,962 - $186,034. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; paid time off accruing at a rate of 3.07 hours during your first year of employment; 4 weeks of paid parental leave; in 2023, 10 company-paid holidays (8 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays), subject to change yearly; 401(k) retirement plan; and employee stock purchase plan.
