Job duties:
$90,000/yr-$110,000/yr.

Job duties:
- Handle all budgeting and forecasting activities per corporate policies
- Provide financial statements with supporting schedules, perform financial analysis of the manufacturing operation, and assist in the decision-making process and the company’s financial plans and policies and asset management
- Maintain standards and calculate material, labor, and overhead costs in close collaboration with Operations Staff and Cost Accountant
- Responsible for maintaining cost accounting elements in ERP and Reporting system
- Develop and analyze cost variance and profitability reports for multiple product lines, make appropriate recommendations on manufacturing strategy, sourcing, and customer pricing
- Provide financial support for capital expenditures by Operations, ensuring appropriate mix of spending on productivity, capacity, and maintenance/replacement
- Maintain adequate fiscal records in support of external and internal audits
- Assist in strategy development in the operation to ensure financial integrity
- Maintain appropriate transfer price policies on intercompany sales and purchases
- Review and reconciliation of Month–end closing
- Provide Variance vs. Budget and Forecast analysis in meaningful detail
- Ensure inventory accuracy, develop and maintain policies for identifying, reserving, and disposal of slow-moving and obsolete inventory
- Monitor and post results of cycle-count inventories; assist the Operations Team with analysis and reconciliation of significant variances
- Organize financial vision and strategies that are in alignment with the overall strategic direction of the company and in compliance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Maintain the integrity of the financial reporting system
- Prepare financial budgets and projections
