Job description
- Strong knowledge and experience in Cost Accounting with proven experience.
- Ability to quickly understand operations and key financial components, to support the implementation and maintenance of Costing and Financial Reporting systems.
- Ability to perform financial analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Able to explain complex costing, budget and financial information to a broad range of individuals from various backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external colleagues.
- Computers and Technology 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 2. Experience with Epic, Lawson or other ERPs and EHRs Certificates,
- Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, with heavy financial and accounting coursework required.
- Master’s in Business Administration or Master’s degree preferred.
- Five years’ experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, analyzing business systems and flow, working directly with financial system data required.
- Healthcare and analytical reporting tool experience preferred.
