The Court Monitor Staff reports directly to the Team Leader, or General Manager of Altitude Greensboro.

Court Monitors are expected to:

• You make sure the Park is active and safe
  • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
  • Maintain the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pits
  • Remain alert and use all senses while court monitoring
  • Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to your supervisor
  • Work as a team with other court monitors during special events
• You make sure the attractions are fun!
  • Smile and talk to guests
  • Engage with guests
  • Be courteous with the customers, explain "the why" behind the rules when enforcing them
• You are the Park Inspector
  • Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the Team Leader, Manager and to a Director of Altitude Trampoline Park
  • Record equipment inspections
  • Perform routine maintenance on the park attractions
• You will be the Park's first responder
  • Respond to an emergency by blowing your whistle loudly three times to get management attention and other help
  • ne on or off duty.
