INSTALLATION AND SERVICE REPAIR TECHNICIANS

We are seeking candidates who possess team player characteristics with a qualifying background in Plumbing maintenance, service, repair, diagnostics, and installations. Qualifications: 5 + years or more experience working under a Licensed Plumber (Job history will be verified)

• Customer service friendly attitude
• Background check.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record (Insurable)
• Residence within 25 miles of our home office preferable

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand how to correctly diagnose and troubleshoot or install residential and light commercial Plumbing Systems
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage customer expectations, communicate, provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers and supervisors
• Identify and sell products that would benefit the customer,Generate positive feedback from customers served
• Able to climb ladders, work in attics, and work in crawl spaces and able/fit to lift heavy objects when needed. Must be physically able to endure prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards of Plumb Perfect Plumbing
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements and maintain truck stock levels
• Maintain a safe and clean vehicle and work area for customers and coworkers
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Must be a Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision and capable of finding solutions to inexperienced conditions in a timely manner, Work Remotely.

Training: PPP will provide continuous training to our employees .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Residential Plumbing: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
