Lilly Magilly’s, a family bakery at the Rio in Gaithersburg, has an immediate opening for a Cupcake Counterstaff for a minimum of 20+ hours/weekly, with opportunity for more hours during busy times. Experience working in a bakery is preferred, but not required. Must be efficient, professional, calm under pressure, with an excellent work ethic and great sense of humor, and amazing customer service skills! This is not just a summertime/seasonal position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the front counter, helping customers, taking orders, etc
• Ability to meet customer-specified instructions
• Work closely with manager to ensure that custom orders are completed daily
• Ability to work directly with customers on custom orders, including answering phones, working the front counter, and taking orders
• Clean the kitchen/bakery area after your shift following standard procedures
• Willingness to work more as needed

Requirements:

• SERV SAFE certification a plus!
• Mornings, evenings, weekend availability
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
