We are looking for an energetic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about helping customers. We value dedication, so the right candidate will be someone who is ready to jump right in and be a part of our team of helpful and knowledgeable professionals who are ready to provide the best service possible to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and follow up with them in a timely manner.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn the basics of insurance.
• Make outbound calls to customers.
• Schedule appointments for photo inspections and complete photo inspections for customers.
• Answer incoming phone calls.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
• Willingness to learn.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
