Our company is currently seeking flexible, enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives. Candidates must be able to work scheduled hours in support of business requirements and should be enthusiastic, motivated and career-focused. The ideal candidates will make customer service a top priority and thrive in a fast-paced environment where customers' needs take priority over everything else.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email, or face to face.
• Create an environment that is welcoming and professional for customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Meet or exceed quality standards.
• Provide better service than competitors.
• Provide suggestions for improving customer service.
• Communicate with technical or professional staff about customer issues to resolve problems.
• Work with other departments to ensure customers' needs are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
