Mason Pro Services of Mesa, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative.
Our ideal Pro Customer Success Representative loves talking to people and proactively solving solutions while booking appointments. You'll be responsible for converting service area residents into lifelong Mason Pro Services customers. Exceeding expectations is the norm in our office environment, and we accomplish this through our commitment to a culture of excellence and being the employer of choice in the AC, plumbing, and electrical industry.

What our Pro CSR's do best:*
- Facilitate incoming and outbound communication with our customers through phone calls, text, email, and chat.
- Identify AC, plumbing, and electrical issues that customers are having and advise them on why they made the right choice to contact Mason Pro Services.
- They use their customer service and administrative skills to keep our operations efficient and to keep our customers happy.
- Work as a team with everyone's best interest in mind.

We pay a* competitive wage* of $17 - $24/hr.
Experience in the AC, plumbing or electrical industry is preferred, but not required.
We're willing to invest in our employees and will train the right person to be the best that they can be.

WORK SCHEDULE* This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, with a rotation of one Saturday per month.
