Job description
- Make reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
- Check the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Help plan travel itineraries.
- Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
- When appropriate, inform customers of additional services or special packages.
- Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments and updating contact database and employee list.
- Reporting daily operation process to senior management and working with them to improve clients’ experience.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Two to three years’ experience in an office setting manager.
