At Life’s Adventure we are looking for driven and motivated professionals. We work with all customers with many different needs Such as work training and need transportation or maybe a hotel, we do honeymoons from start to finish, weddings, vacations, transportation, group show etc. Must have a smartphone, computer, or tablet to do on the training and to keep in touch with and assist all customers!

  • The ability to use computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability on nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our company's products and services.
  • Provide assistance to customers who are having difficulties using our products or services.
  • Record client information in our customer support database.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude when engaging with clients to create an excellent customer support experience.
