What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will formulate and apply mathematical modeling to identify trends and areas of improvement, support management decision-making, and improve program effectiveness for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Border Patrol.

The Data Analyst must have the following experience:

• Conducting data and statistical analysis to identify key performance indicators and meaningful insights

• Developing data visualizations to communicate findings, trends, and indicators to senior leaders using Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik or similar

• Aggregating, cleaning, and organizing datasets from disparate sources

• Supporting comprehensive program evaluations identify trends and report on program performance, gaps, opportunities, and insights

• Organizing and leading client meetings, including scheduling meetings, drafting and delivering agendas and meeting minutes, providing and archiving required documentation, and documenting, tracking, and following up on action items

• Managing multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products with deliverables requiring little rework

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

• 3 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree
