The Park at Valenza is seeking a Full-time Porter:

• Must have Great Organizational Skills
• Will maintain recreational and common areas clean.
• Assist with cleanouts and waste removal.
• Manage a clean and safe work area.
• Must have a Go-getter attitude.
• Keep community operating smoothly and according to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, and supervisors.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features.
• Work with the service team to always ensure excellent curb appeal.

Job Type: Full-time

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Temple Terrace, FL 33637: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
