Job description

The CHS group in South Monroe County is seeking staff for our day program in Temperance MI. We are located near Smith and Summerfield Roads.

Our day program serves people with developmental disabilities and takes aim at helping them develop important community skills including safety, social interaction, money skills and work skills. This is a fantastic job for moms or dads with kids in school and students who want experience in education, nursing or social services.

The scheduled shift is roughly 7:45am - 3:45pm, M-F. We are closed for major holidays.

You will need to be comfortable driving a 12 passenger van, as we transport our consumers to and from the program. We also go to two to three skill building sites each day and have to transport then as well.

Please note, pay is based on $12.00 per hr plus a $2.35 supplement from the state of Michigan equaling $14.35 per hour.
