We currently have an opening for a Design Development Designer. We are open to hiring for remote work in any location, but candidates who are local to Dublin, OH would be able to work in our office and/or remote.

As a Design Development Designer, you will participate in the process of developing, designing, and preparing design development documents that lead to brand-based solutions. You will be responsible for creating design ideas and drawings through your knowledge of space planning, fixture design, and fabrication.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or equivalent knowledge gained through education and/or work experience in design or related field
• Prior experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, experiential design, or fixture development is helpful
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, or other 3D modeling software that enables effective communication of design
• Enthusiasm and passion for creative problem solving
• Professionalism in collaborating with team members across multiple disciplines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
