Description

• This is a Field Support position with daily driving to various retail locations using the Candidates personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Primary Responsibilities and Skills Responsible for incident management and technical support of ~110 stores (20 Company-Owned stores and 90 Authorized Reseller Stores), eventually split between two Support Technicians
• Technical Support activities include:
  • Desktop, printer, in-store VoIP, wired/wireless/data network, point of sale
  • Specialty computing devices and related hardware
  • Signature Capture devices, Receipt Printers, Scanners
  • Self-Service Payment Kiosks
  • Video Presentation Monitors from 52” to 95 and associated network devices
  • Security Systems (Cameras and Security Desktop PC)
• Tier 2 support for Networking Devices including but not limited to:
  • Routers and switches
  • Wireless Access Points
  • Wireless Networks
• Networking Skills: Experience in LAN/WAN topology, including wired, wireless networks, and VLANs
• Understanding of and experience with use of network troubleshooting techniques (DOS commands, network software application, etc.)
• Geography covered is within 1 hour or less from Southfield MI.
• Required: MVR check must be conducted.
• Local candidates only – not a remote or virtual position
• Flexible work hours, possible OT
• Personal vehicle use with .655 per mile reimbursement
• Physical Requirements Climbing ladders (12-ft) Lifting up to 50 lbs

Pay Range: $17 - $28/HR
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
