What's the role?
The Digital Marketing Project Manager will help plan, influence, develop and execute Engagement Marketing campaigns (which include global & regional flows). The end goal is to help deliver engaging content and timely marketing messages that can further develop the customer's loyalty and brand preference. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will establish strategies to deploy, measure and report the performance of our engagement marketing campaigns and other digital channels.
The role involves coordinating with global and local business units, product managers, and trade managers regarding the planning and execution of campaigns and require follow-up efforts and establishing appropriate prioritization and deadlines within the assigned projects.

What does the role involve?
- Regular audit and maintenance of existing Engagement Marketing flows, to ensure the wider organization has visibility on all aspects of the flow (content, e-mails, landing pages, argue cards, triggers, and audiences, etc)
- Keep up to date and maintain Engagement Marketing Hub page, documentation, and present information in a clear and concise way, and easily understood by internal sales team
- Develop Internal Communication Roadmap to help communicate value and benefits of Engagement Marketing Program to the wider organization and stakeholders
- Manage end-end process of rolling out Engagement Marketing Campaigns (Pre-Launch, Launch and Post Launch)
- Collecting feedback and stay in constant contact with relevant trade, sales and business units in order to capture success stories or bugs/issues related to Engagement Marketing
- Measure and report performance of all Engagement Marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Maintain and regularly update Regional Flows roadmap/dashboard, that includes key segmentation data (personas, audience size, trade, account size, VIP etc)
- Be able to build out email journeys & behavioral campaigns in SFMC and execute by following latest process guide
- Work with both internal resources and global counterparts
- Provide quarterly reports highlighting key insights on emails, copy & CTA, including top performers, best practices and lessons learnt from email campaigns
- Other duties as assigned

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 2+ years of experience and proven results in developing effective email marketing campaigns
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management required
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc. is strongly preferred
- Technical skills in planning and marketing, business and market development, and CRM/data management
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing projects
- Excellent time management skills and accustomed to working with deadlines
