Job description
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, along with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Must be energetic and results oriented. Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal requirements required. Must demonstrate PC competencies; knowledge of Microsoft products is preferred
A. Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Health Administration, Business or other related field required.
B. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of Human Resources Management experience required. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience required.
C. Certification/Licensure: PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP preferred.
