Job Details
The ideal candidate is responsible for all dishwashing in the restaurant/catering kitchen and maintaining an organized dishwashing station.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dishwasher.
• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
• Flexibility of schedule; availability weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Washing all kitchenware, plateware, china and glassware.
• Maintain dishwashing station in a clean and orderly manner.
• Kitchen cleaning and trash/recycling removal.
• Additional general cleaning and maintenance support as needed.
• Work with both Front and Back of house to maintain restaurant cleaning standards.
