ROCK & BREWS EL SEGUNDO IS LOOKING FOR A DISHWASHER TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

We are looking for candidates who desire to grow and learn with our team. Ideal candidates will work cleanly, efficiently, have a strong sense of urgency and be able to multi task.

Description

• Sort, rinse and stack dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Set up or break down dishwashing area/dish machine.
• Sweep/mop floors and promptly wipe up spills.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster and sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
• Any and all other duties as directed by kitchen or restaurant management.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals
• Experience working in commercial kitchen.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Handling pressure well along with the ability to set priorities and make decisions based on quality.
