Basic Requisites:

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Washes and provides clean and sanitized plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils using sanitation policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift.
• Maintains kitchen area cleanliness- sweeps, mops, removes debris from floor, etc.
• Performs assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification duties.
• Prepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing.
• Can physically stand/walk 100 % of shift.
• Can reach, bend, stoop.
• Can immerse hands in water frequently, diluted with chemical solutions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per shift, lift these heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, freezers.
• Works in damp, high temperature environment indoors and minimally outdoors.
• Works safely with hot plates, pots and pans.
• Works safely with sharp knives and utensils.
• Supports fellow employees as needed.
